Support Breastfeeding , People!

One BEST experience I have as a mom is to be able to breastfeed my children. It is the most wonderful gift a mom can give to their children. But no one can deny sometimes breastfeeding it's not an easy things to do . You need to have:
Knowledge ( read , read , read, and ask , ask ,ask) and Supports!

Not all the women have knowledge about infant breastfeeding, the techniques, methods and how to over come early problems and for me the hardest of all is to get rid of those ridiculous MYTHS!

And the other MOST ridiculous things I ever heard as an excuses not to breastfeed is : oh I don't want my breasts to sag, I want to keep them "perking up " for my husband. Oh come on! PLEASEEEE !!!Breastfeed won't sag your breasts ! If you take a good care of them you will reduce the sagging problem and pregnancy ALONE can make breast sagging or even the un-proper support!

"Several studies have shown that breastfeeding does not cause breasts to sag. Sagging is a natural and inevitable process that happens because of age, number of pregnancies and smoking. Diet and genetics may also play a role. Sagging of breasts is not related to breastfeeding in any way"

So STOP BLAMING BREASTFEEDING FOR YOUR SAGGING BREAST(or YOUR PARTNER )SAGGING BREAST , PEOPLE!!
