Holding the pad with the fleece side touching your palm, spread the gusset panel of your underwear over the length of the pad. 2. Fold the wings over one another (snaps will line up). 3. Close the snaps and you're ready to wear!

Liners How-To Guide

See all the different ways that you can use Lunapad Liners with your Lunapads and Deluxe Lunapanties.
Changing liners allows you to easily keep your pads or panties as fresh as you want, as often as you need. You can use all sizes of liners with products that have the ric rac bands. ie: Lunapads Pads (but not with Pantyliners) as well as with Deluxe Lunapanties (but not Regular Lunapanties) Add more than one liner for exta absorption.

Please note: Liners are not designed to be used without a Lunapad or Deluxe Lunapanties.

Using Regular Mini, Maxi and Long Liners:

Maxi Pad with Maxi Liner – for average flow

Deluxe Lunapanty with Mini (left) and Maxi (right) Liner – for average to heavy flow

Using Winged Liners:

Maxi Pad with Maxi Wing Liner – for average to heavy flow

Deluxe Lunapanty with Maxi Wing Liner (inside and front view) – for average to heavy flow

Using Heavy Wing Liners:

Heavy Pad with Heavy Wing Liner - for heavy or postpartum flow

Using Postpartum Liners:

Heavy Pad with Postpartum Liner - for heavy or postpartum flow
